By downloading, installing, or using AddFive ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

AddFive is a workout tracking application for iOS that helps users plan, execute, and track their fitness training. The App includes features for strength training, running, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with automatic progression algorithms.

Medical Disclaimer

AddFive is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The App's workout suggestions, progression algorithms, and training programs are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.

You acknowledge that:

• You exercise at your own risk
• Automatic weight/pace progressions are suggestions, not prescriptions
• You are responsible for using appropriate form and safe practices
• The App's warmup calculator provides general guidelines, not personalized medical advice

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App in a responsible manner consistent with safe exercise practices
• Not rely solely on the App's progression algorithms — listen to your body
• Maintain your own data backups through iCloud or device backups
• Comply with Apple's App Store terms and conditions

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding of AddFive are the intellectual property of the developer. Exercise illustrations are licensed from their respective creators and are used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's content.

Third-Party Content

The App includes training programs inspired by well-known strength and conditioning methodologies. These programs are based on publicly available training principles and are implemented independently. AddFive makes no claim of affiliation with or endorsement by any third-party program creators.

HealthKit Integration

The App integrates with Apple HealthKit to read and write workout data. By granting HealthKit permissions, you authorize the App to interact with your health data as described in our Privacy Policy. This integration is subject to Apple's HealthKit terms and conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AddFive and its developer shall not be liable for:

• Any injury, illness, or physical harm resulting from exercise performed using the App
• Data loss due to device failure, software bugs, or user error
• Inaccurate GPS data, pace calculations, or calorie estimates
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App

Warranty Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
